Job Description:
Responsible for executing transactions at a sub process level related to:
Trade Amendments or Trade Corrections or Reconciliation between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances, Fails Monitoring or Any relevant transaction as per client process
Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets
Responsible for accurate reporting and participation in reviews.
Desired Profile:
Fresh Post-Graduates (MBA/M.Com/MFM) or Graduates with up to 1 year of experience
One year of additional education either in Correspondence MBA or CA or any other post Graduate discipline
Good attention to detail
Aptitude for understanding technology
Independent decision making
Willingness to work in a BPO setup in shifts
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate with team members
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of PC technology-DOS, and MS-Office Applications
Proficiency with MS-Excel at an end user level
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
No Mother tongue influence (MTI) in speech/ diction
