Hi Friends, Tech Mahindra & Mahindra Satyam visited Government College of Engineering and textile technology Berhampore on 22 January 2011.
2 college student appeared that campus, about 60 student,8 cleared appti,4 cleared technical and finally all four got selected after hr round. luckily i was one of them.

Tech Mahindra new recruitment process:
- Online test.
- Technical interview.
- HR interview.
Online Test:
In online test there will be two part aptitude and English.- Aptitude Part(70question,40 min)
- English Part(100question,40 min)
Topic for Aptitude
- Simple & compound interest
- Coding decoding
- Arithmetical reasoning
- Puzzle
- Odd man out
- Figure series
- Number series
English part:
Very easy if u know basic grammar u can solve all 100 question within 20 min. just brush up your basic like:
- Article(20)
- Tense(20)
- Preposition(20)
- Vocabulary(10)
- verb ANDsubject-verb-agreement(20)
I cleared this test, after 30 min my technical interview started.
Technical Round:

q5.what is database.
q6.wat is RDMBS
q7.wat is primary key.
q8 what is diff bet primary key and unique key

q11 diff bet compiler and interpreter
q13.explain you are as a leader with an example
q14 what do u know abut tech Mahindra
q15 a c program for print a isosceles triangle and lastly q16-have u any question to ask. i asked 2 questions after 1hour result declared ,only for cleared technical round, i cleared.
HR interviews:

q4.wat wil be ur next step if i will reject you.
q5.have u any question to ask. after 20 min result is declared i got selected .
friend just be confident in interview always keep smile on your face they check only your confident.
